· Integral (I)= 0.00 to 5.00 resets/minute,
·  Derivative (D) = 0.00 to 10.00miutes,
· Cycle Time = 10 to 100 seconds.
· Hysterisis = 0 to 10oC,
· Deviation Hold (dHLd) = 0 to 25oC (0 = no auto hold)

Settings Using front panel feather touch key board to set various parameters.

Control Output 6 relays (C+NO1 to NO6) Contacts are rated for 5A @ 230VAC

Ramp/Soak Profile 1 to 4 Steps (Fixed pattern)

Soak Temperature (PL) Programmable for each steps in the full range of the specified input

Description:Single input, Single profile of 16 steps Ramp / Soak

Programmable PID/On-Off Temperature Controller

· Accepts standard type of thermocouple, RTD, Voltage or Current signal.
· Control output of Relay / TRAIC / DC pulse / (4-20)mA/ (0-5)Volt.
· Servo start from the current process temperature.
· 1 to 16 programmable ramp/soak steps with rate programming facility.
· Master / Slave concept with 1 master and max. 30 slaves.
· Each controller can be configured as master or slave with 1 master and many slaves.
· Can be used as single set point control with online set point change facility.

· Furnace / oven control
· PWHT and SR heat treatment cycle
